Twitter Inc. posts a job listing for web engineers to develop a new subscription-based platform after its shares rising on Wednesday.
The preferred web engineers will join a team, named as “Gryphon,” and work closely with Twitter’s payments and the Twitter.com teams.

The subscription platform would be “a first” for the company and might be reused by other teams in the future.
It did not refine how it meant on implementing the service.
However, it later briefly altered the job listing removed references to “Gryphon” and the “subscription platform”.
Shares of the micro-blogging website were up 7% at $35.31 in Wednesday afternoon trading.
